Defining new patterns for journalism access

In February 2025, I attended a small meeting led by the publisher of The New York Times, A.G. Sulzberger. In line with a new enterprise focus on increasing our audience of registered users, he gave us the directive and permission to create a new free offering of our journalism. I worked with a small, senior team to define and build what a daily free version of The New York Times would look like.
